We were delighted to be greeted with Japanese sweets and matcha tea upon arrival, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The traditional Japanese aesthetic of the rooms, complete with comfortable beds, made us feel right at home. The 24hr baths were a highlight, providing a relaxing and clean space to unwind. The breakfast was incredible, offering delicious and beautifully presented Japanese cuisine. we had an exceptional stay at this delightful and unique accommodation that truly captures the feeling of being a home away from home. We highly recommend it.

The location couldn't be better, as it's really close to the centre of Kusatsu and famous places. Plus, it's near the train station and the bus station, which made getting around a breeze. The parking lot was limited and not very spacious, making it difficult to park our car. communicating with the personnel in English proved to be challenging and sometimes frustrating.

Plus, the staff was courteous and attentive, providing us with all the information we needed about the area.

The lack of payment options really dampened our experience. We had no idea that cash was the only form of payment accepted, and ended up having to make a long trek to find an ATM that charged expensive withdrawal fees.
